1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Apex Motors website, placing an order, or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website.
2. Vehicle Orders & Reservations
All vehicle orders placed through Apex Motors are subject to availability and final confirmation by our sales team. Reservation deposits are refundable within 7 calendar days of placement unless the vehicle has been confirmed for delivery. Custom orders once confirmed are non-refundable. Pricing is subject to change without notice until a written purchase agreement is signed.
3. Financing & Payments
Financing arrangements are subject to credit approval by our partnered financial institutions. Apex Motors does not guarantee the approval of any financing application. Final interest rates, loan terms, and monthly payments are determined by the lender. All payments must be made in accordance with the signed purchase or financing agreement.
4. Warranties & Liability
Vehicles are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty as specified in the vehicle documentation. Apex Motors provides no additional warranty unless expressly stated in a written addendum. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a vehicle purchased through our platform beyond what is covered by the manufacturer.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Apex Motors website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and vehicle photography — is the exclusive property of Apex Motors or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Contact
